I love just
slightly sautéing veggies in my cast iron skillet. Usually I just do fresh green beans with a
little olive oil and garlic salt but I decided to add some fresh cauliflower
too. It was amazing!
Ingredients
Fresh green beans
Fresh cauliflower florets
Olive oil (about a teaspoon or two)
Garlic Salt
Get the skillet hot on medium high heat. Add the olive oil, green beans, and
cauliflower.
Cook over medium high heat
until crisp tender. Sprinkle with garlic
salt. Serve.
