Mushrooms
Broccoli

cabbage
Bean
sprouts
Cauliflower
Cooked
rice
Soy
sauce
Salt
& pepper to taste
Chop up a small portion of the above veggies to your taste (about 1/4 of each give or take) You can put whatever veggies you want in this dish!
Put a
tiny bit of oil into a big skillet (I use my cast iron skillet of course J) and heat pretty high. Add the onions and cook until a little bit
soft and then add all the other veggies.
Cook until desired doneness and add a few shakes of soy sauce and then
add the rice until heated through. Add
salt and pepper to taste.
