Vegan MoFo 2016 Day 22 - Vegan Italian Blend Vegetables

      

Hey MoFo Friends!  Happy Day 22!  I just wanted to share these yummy Italian Blend Vegetables.  They are so good and a nice blend of different vegetables. 

They pair perfectly with a baked potato and my yummy creamed spinach.
