I think this picture says it
all! Vegan grilled cheese sandwich. I found these Daiya cheese slices last week
and I’m so glad we tried them for lunch.
Dave and I were just going to split the sandwich above but then we had to
split another. The second one was even better!
Yum, yum, yum. We used earth balance mindful mayo to grill
them and put some of the chopped up sweet onion leftover from our black bean
burgers the other night in-between the two slices of "cheese." Dave also put a
bread and butter pickle slice on his. It was so gooey and melty.
